I had such a great experience renting chairs from them! The whole process was so easy and convenient, and I was able to arrange everything through WhatsApp. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and always took the time to answer all my questions whenever I reached out. I also really appreciated how easy the pickup and return were. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’m really happy with the experience. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them!
The set up was very organized and safely done . The workers were very nice and with my broken Spanish we understood each other as I speak a little Spanish but they were fast helping each other . Timely done and looked elegant after . The chairs were very clean and had the special look with cushion. The table covers were so clean and white which looked brand new like never used. I am happy with the Imperial Rental service and will highly recommend them . My guests love the dance floor .
Imperial events was great to work with. They have a nice website that lists all their products and pricing. I worked with Ari Figueroa and listed my desired rental furniture. They quickly sent the invoice. I rented round banquet tables, 40 chairs, 100+ glassware. The rentals arrived on time. The glassware arrived clean in crates. The rental chairs also arrived in good condition in black sleeves or bubble wrap. The tables were in good condition, yet had to clean them upon arrival as they were dusty, but no big deal. They dropped off and picked up on time during designated window.
The party tent and chairs were clean and in great condition. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was very professional. They delivered, setup, and pickup expeditiously. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other party needs.
I have been using Imperial Party Rentals for many years, and I have consistently been impressed with their services. Over time, their inventory of rental equipment and party offerings has continued to grow while maintaining excellent quality. Their customer service and delivery team are outstanding and consistently go above and beyond, meeting and often exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Imperial Party Rentals due to their wide selection of products and the exceptional quality they provide.
