Keith and the guys from Trane did a great job of removing my old unit and installing my Trane heatpump. The entire process of contracting and purchasing was smooth. The team was very helpful, answered my questions, checked that everything worked, and cleaned my attic and outside units. They spread my attic's insulation evenly. In the time between selecting them and when the unit arrived, they ensured that my old system stayed in place until I could install the new unit. In the years to come, I hope that we will have a long-lasting relationship for service and maintenance.

Austin K was out to diagnose my AC today (26th June) and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and clearly explained everything to me. He answered my questions patiently, and made sure that I understood what was happening. His professionalism, care and attention really stood out. His company is lucky to be able to employ him! Today I received excellent service.

The service was provided by a warranty firm and the guys came out today. They were friendly, honest, and explained every step of the process. I had to call a few times in order to get things arranged. She explained that they were busy. I get it because they are probably busy with their own clients and the warranty work might be a last-minute urgent matter that has to be worked into their established schedule. This company is one I will use again in the future. The staff were courteous, efficient, and they did a great job. When they dug and found the leak I took the picture below. They were both very polite.

Elgre Paine diagnosed the problem quickly, and recommended the solution. Although it was late, he still fixed the water issue and recommended installing an upstairs HVAC unit to permanently fix the problems. Since I wanted the new HVAC installed as soon as possible, he set up a meeting to be held tomorrow. He was courteous and efficient. Excellent service! Seth came the next day to check out the work and confirm the price. He also updated me on the safety of my house and the cost to install 2 HVAC units. He took the time to make sure I understood what was being done and gave me an excellent price. Kai is installing today so the guys are working fast for me. It is much appreciated! Benjamin Mercado was able to diagnose the issue I was having with my upstairs unit on 6-22-25. He was on time and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue, and gave me the peace of mind that the system would be shut off if the water level rose too high. This will prevent any water damage. Benjamin explained to me what steps I needed to take with Plumbers so that this could be fixed. You have the best employees. :-)

This company is a great choice. My long time contractor retired and I needed to find a replacement. I was referred to this company and wasn't let down. All steps were great. Pricing is fair. (I worked as a contractor for years). It's a big deal that the owner called me both times in which I have done business. He checks on his files and customers. Thank you for maintaining my AC! 3/14/2024 Edit... I had my complete heating and cooling system installed by Trane last month. Mark and his crew did an amazing job! They were a fantastic choice and I had no problems at all.
