I was in a very stressful situation. My insurance is due for renewal tomorrow and another insurance agency denied me after sending them almost a 10k wire for a down payment. They waited until 4:50pm on a Friday to tell me. I called Sonia and she got on it right away. She got me a quote that was fair and sent my documents right away meaning no lapse in insurance and I can continue running my trucks. I have dealt with many insurance agents in the past and it was very challenging to deal with them. I am not going to mention them by name, but the service I received in the past was horrendous with Agent not answering Phone calls or agents wanting to only communicate through text message Dealing with trucking insurance is complicated enough not to mention to have to deal with Insurance agent that don’t want to deal with certain situations with you, but I have to admit I found alliance Truck insurance CORP to be the Best experience I have ever had with insurance agents. They really care about the service that they provide to you. You call them and they answer their phones. They will talk to you through the whole process. And try to get you the best rates possible through this process I dealt with Sonia, which was fantastic I highly recommend speaking with her. I also dealt with Juan. Excellent give them a call. You will not regret it.
