Julio, owner of JD Florida Electrical, followed through with our appointment schedule. He diagnosed the issue by asking questions to familiarize himself with my house. He was personable, polite, and patient throughout his visit. His extended knowledge and background helped him solve issues challenging the diagnosis. He explained everything as he proceeded. Once he found the problem, he quickly completely his work and made sure I understood how to operate the newly installed outside outlet. His price for services was reasonable.
