Pintura Exterior

Initially, I had a satisfactory experience with this painting company, but my subsequent interactions have been disappointing. Although their work was generally subpar, an individual named Dario made an effort to rectify the issues to the best of his abilities, which I found acceptable. Our contract stipulated a total of $3,500.00, and I paid $3,525.00, which included an additional $25 for a frame for the restroom door. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered that several areas, including behind certain items and the bookstand, had not been painted. They also painted over brand-new lighting fixtures. The exterior work was sloppy, prompting me to request corrections, which required multiple attempts to complete satisfactorily. Unfortunately, one of the workers accidentally broke the outdoor faucet handle, which they subsequently denied. Moreover, several holes in the outside of the house remained unpatched. The owner assured me that her husband (Dario) had addressed these issues, but this was not the case. He failed to appear for scheduled work on June 30, 2026, and instead, the crew began working on a neighboring house. The owner apparently contacted one of the workers, who returned to my residence, and another worker recorded a video, which the owner sent to me, claiming it was timestamped. Due to the numerous broken promises, Dario revisited my residence to complete the outstanding tasks. Upon his arrival, he demanded an additional $400, which I refused to pay until I had inspected the work. Given that I had already paid $3,525.00, I felt it was reasonable to withhold further payment. Dario became agitated and loud, prompting me to close the door. He then became enraged and removed and damaged the front panels of the front of my late mother's house, necessitating my contact with the police, an attorney, and state and local authorities. My mother passed away last week, June 18. So we were going to have something this weekend in honor of my late mother, but since Dario is in a rage and damaged the front of the house, we have to relocate the event. It look like the more I was nice. I strongly feel they took advantage my kindness. July 1, 2026 they damage my late mother house for the $400 which I would have paid them some of it after I see the job.

Updating my original 5-star review because unfortunately our experience changed. At first we were very pleased, but days later we noticed sloppy work, including that the mailboxes were never removed as they were painting. We contacted them right away and were also following up on other projects they had committed to doing for us. For a month we were repeatedly told they’d come back ‘next week,’ but they never did. Now my texts have gone unanswered. Poor follow-through, unreliable communication, and unfinished work have been very disappointing. I can’t recommend this company.
