We had a fantastic experience with Duracraft Fence. From the initial consultation and proposal to the final installation on August 2, everything went smoothly. Our double wood gate was destroyed during hurricane Helene and the whole gate, including posts needed to be replaced. We had consulted with several big box home improvement stores and a couple of bigger fence installers, all of whom sent hired representatives to provide an estimate. It was clear that none of the representatives really cared about our project, they wanted to check off the boxes, make the sale and go to the next customer. Henry from Duracraft gave us a completely different impression during the consultation. His approach was personable, credible, and highly professional. He advised us on the best options for replacing the gate, answered our many questions, and provided a comprehensive estimate along with installation timing. We trusted him immediately and felt so relieved that our search for a fence company was completed. Although they were very booked, Duracraft was able to squeeze our project in on a Saturday in a reasonable time frame. We also spoke with Ed and Teri during the scheduling process and both were highly professional and also gave us the feeling that they cared about us as customers. On the day of installation, Henry arrived exactly as scheduled, to the minute. He confirmed the project specifications with us and went to work. When we went outside again several hours later, the double gate was up, and the project was done. The quality of the materials and the quality of the work is exactly as promised. Henry gave us some final suggestions about caring for the gate and said they stand behind all of their work and we should call if any issues at all come up. I don’t anticipate anything, but it is reassuring to know that they are available in any case. The gate looks fantastic and we are extremely pleased with the final result. We are so happy to have found this trustworthy, family-run company and we are looking forward to working with Duracraft for our future fencing needs.

Duracraft installed my first wooden fence back in 2005. That fence lasted until the hurricane last year. I contacted Duracraft and spoke with Ed. He came out, gave me an estimate and advised he was booked out until March. He just installed the new fence and it looks great. Ed does quality work at a fair price and is a person of their word. We have a double lot with over 300 feet of board on board fence surrounding it. We have been at this location for 40 years and had used a well known fence company in the past with good results. The last time we used them, however, we had to deal with the owner after one side of a large double gate simply fell off a few months they installed it (the screws used were too short and only went into the picket not the post or crossbar) ; we will never go back. After suffering lots of damage from Milton we had to replace or repair almost all of the fence; one company we called only did vinyl fencing but went out of their way to recommend two other companies one of which was Duracraft. We had a number of estimates and Duracraft was the lowest and the one we felt most comfortable with. They did an excellent job, worked steadily, finished quickly and we are very happy with the results. They were a complete pleasure to work with and very trustworthy. Because they are a small company (and because so many other homes had similar damage) we had to wait a little longer to get the job started, but the wait was worth it. Glad we have found a great company to deal with for all our future needs. We highly recommend.

Duracraft Fence did a great job with the installation of a wood fence at our Gulfport house. Took care of the permitting process too. Highly recommended.
