Gary & Joe were fantastic. Took out our old exhaust fan and framed in a new one. Very friendly and knew just how they needed to do it. Especially working around the suppression system. Bethel Lutheran Church.
Called JL because our boiler system was acting up and they sent Al out to fix it. Not only did he fix it but it works even better than before! Thanks to JL and thanks to Al in particular for a job well done, we’ll be using them exclusively moving forward.
The foreman of the crew was very demeaning and disparaging of competing HVAC businesses which I found annoying and very unprofessional. The foreman also made crude jokes which were creepy and not funny. The foreman acted like he knew more than anyone but I’m not so sure about that.
I just saw one of your vans run a stop sign in front of me. April 8th, 2024 at 741am Lenawee County, MI. Northbound Rogers at Deerfield Road. Heading to the Tecumseh area maybe. You better have a talk with your drivers. Would you like me to send the dashcam video to your insurance company? It clearly shows the company name and license plate number of the offending vehicle. Lenawee County does not play around.
