After waiting over a month for a quote, you call and the girl who answers the phone is shameless; the service she provides leaves much to be desired!
Good professionals because they installed it for me and when it rained, the facade got a bit splashed from a double downspout I have. They came and fixed it with a simple elbow.
This is the second time I've bought materials from them. The telephone service and order management were excellent; Vanesa was always helpful and friendly. The problem arose when I picked up my order yesterday at 5:00 PM. I parked my car on the access ramp to the warehouse (because the only two parking spaces are occupied by employee cars), with my hazard lights on and leaving enough room for a forklift or another vehicle to enter. An employee named Víctor, without saying a word, from about 20 meters away, and without even a "good afternoon," "please," or "excuse me," rudely told me, "You're standing there wrong! You're standing there wrong!" I was so surprised by his direct and unfriendly reaction that I even thought he wasn't talking to me, but unfortunately, he was. His rudeness stemmed from the fact that I had stopped on the access ramp (I repeat, with enough space for another vehicle to enter or exit the warehouse and no traffic at that moment). I replied that that was no way to speak to anyone, that I was in a friendly mood, that I had greeted everyone upon entering, and that I had no problem moving the car, which I did immediately. It's a shame that a well-handled order was marred by an employee's rudeness. I'm sorry, but I won't be buying materials from Canalum Rivas again.
They are professional, offer excellent quality, and have a very affordable price. This is the second time I've worked with them, and I'm very happy.
A bit unpresentable. They came to give me an estimate and then forgot to do the jobs I wanted done... which were just a few. They don't have people to do roofing work. It doesn't make sense.
