Have done business w francois & his companies for over 20 years. I highly recommend him to anybody thats trying to aquire equipment or sell equipment. Fair, reliable, & a great source of knowledge on all things resteraunts! He has equipped 3 of my resteraunts front to back & am greatful for him!!
Great place if you were looking to open up a bakery, they have many new and used items. Alfonso took us my own and showed us the area.
