n absolute lifesaver! I needed a last-minute move-in cleaning, and Dream Cleaning NY went completely above and beyond by accommodating me with next-day service. The team they sent was incredibly professional, polite, and detail-oriented. They brought all their own supplies and left the entire place deep-cleaned to absolute perfection. On top of their amazing work, they were so quiet and respectful, ensuring they didn't disturb the neighbors at all. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flawless, stress-free cleaning!
I had a wonderful experience with Dream Cleaning NYC! The team was very professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They did an amazing job and left everything looking spotless and fresh. I really appreciated how carefully and thoroughly they cleaned everything. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend Dream Cleaning NYC to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service in New York City. I will definitely use them again!
Exceptional post-construction cleaning service. If you’ve just finished a renovation or build in Brooklyn, this is the team to hire. I scheduled a post-construction cleanup and was highly impressed by their attention to detail. They completely eliminated all the dust and debris, leaving the kitchen, bathroom, and appliances looking pristine. The entire space feels refreshed, spotless, and ready to live in. Professional, friendly, and highly recommended.
Phenomenal deep cleaning service. If your home needs a serious top-to-bottom reset, this is the team to hire. I scheduled a seasonal deep clean and was absolutely blown away by their thoroughness. They tackled everything from dusty baseboards to the tightest corners, leaving the entire space looking immaculate and feeling completely refreshed. Meticulous, efficient, and highly recommended.
I hired them to deep clean my kitchen and bathroom and regular clean the rest of my apt. There was a bit of a communication problem. The women were sweet and I thought they understood my request. I told them I had to leave at the end of the scheduled time, they requested 2 additional hours to clean the rest of the apt. They did a good job on kitchen and looked to be starting well on the bathroom, so I said yes. I trusted them to keep working. I returned home to the same filthy apt I left. When I questioned the office, I was sent pictures of my apt from a distance, Though I was charged an extra $200. $604 later I have a clean kitchen and bathroom and a dirty apt. I would have preferred they simply said "this is all we can do today" and stopped to come back another time.
