I had a great experience with Peterson! I was in a stressful situation with a damaged tire, and he responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, and got me back on the road without any issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. What really stood out was his honesty and the quality of his work. Customer Service experience was phenomenal, the price, the time it took Mr. Peterson to remove & replace our badly broken tire was unbelievable less than we had expected. He is a one man mechanic with a literal garage in the back of his truck. I drove him with a flat tire on a Saturday night and called Sunday afternoon. He always able to find a new tire and changed in 20 minutes. His price was better than any tire shops I have been to along dixie. It feels like a godsend that he has the ability to do repairs on site in a matter of minutes. Can't express how my anxiety was aleciated knowing I didn't have to call roadside assistance for help or a tow. Just made it so easy and convenient for me and I am truly grateful. Still can't get over He balanced the wheel and has a generator connected to run all the tools and a full roll cab tool box.
Such a great service. I called for a nail in my tire and Peterson came to my home and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Thankful I didn’t have to go somewhere and get it plugged. They were also wonderful communicating arrival times. Highly recommend.
