When I called, I was placed in a queue, but Piterson arrived in less than 40 minutes and was ready to help diagnose and repair the issue. Even though he didn’t have the exact equipment needed for my particular repair, he was still honest, helpful, and directed me toward the best next step instead of wasting my time. Called at 10pm at night and they came right away with the right size tire. Piterson was an outstanding technician, he was very professional and got the job done fast. He is very Knowledgeable about tire repairs and I could have not had a better person come save me from being stuck. Reasonable price I appreciate there prompt response.
