Max and his team were excellent. They seemingly never ran out of energy and were courteous and helpful along the way. I've never used pro movers before and I really appreciated that they put the bed frame back together again upon arrival which was just one less thing for us to do while getting settled. A great experience all-around.
Had two freight containers with our stuff from Miami that needed to be unloaded and transported to our new house in Hollywood, 3 nice young gentlemen showed up on time, got everything in the truck really fast and back to my new place. Unloaded and unpacked it all and finished by 3pm (started at 9:00am). When I saw the price it was very very good and reasonable. I will 100% use them for our next move.
I had an amazing experience with Pure Movers! The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They were efficient, handled all of my belongings with great care, and drove very safely throughout the move. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond when my storage POD was unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute. They were more than willing to accommodate my last-minute request and helped me move everything to a different storage facility without hesitation. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but they truly eased my anxiety with their positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and caring movers. Thank you for making such a stressful day so much easier!
Alex and his team were absolutely amazing. They did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. They were extremely hardworking, caring, and respectful throughout the entire process. I was alone, and they made me feel completely safe and comfortable, which meant a lot to me. The job was done perfectly, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. I 100% recommend Alex and his team. Honestly, they were only 2 men, but two of them worked as good as 4 men
Anton and his crew were SUPERB. Every single thing was handled with care, respect and efficiency. They were supremely careful with all items not just high value ones. I will use them for every move I have big or small going forward. Kiril was also amazing, his team helped the first day. 10/10.
