Guys, I just wanna say I have had so many surgeries here in Miami. And this has been by far the best doctor I could recommend anyone who wants to undergo a vagina plasty or a mons lift . Dr. Salgado and Dr. Gustavo have been nothing but amazing and have brought back the confidence that I once lost after having three kids. I’m only three weeks postop and they could only wait till I fully recover. Also, Lauren, that is the staff she is amazing and has always helped me out ❤️

I just recently had a mtf vaginoplasty with Dr.Christopher Salgado on 9/24/2025, I just want to say I'm about 2 weeks post op and feel very minimal pain. I'm very happy with my results and may do a second review some months from now. I'm so thankful for Dr. Salgado and his team they all treated me with care and made me feel safe. From my first consult with him he listened to all my concerns. I'm glad I chose Dr. Salgado for my surgery hes the best.

My experience with this hospital has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I paid a $2,500 deposit toward a $5,000 procedure. Unfortunately, a family emergency came up, and I had to request a refund. Initially, I was told by the front desk staff that I would receive a full refund. However, I was later contacted and informed that $500 would be withheld due to a cancellation policy. That made no sense to me, especially considering that the procedure wasn’t even fully paid for, and therefore there was no surgery to cancel, because I have to pay in full the deposit.Their own policy states that $1,500 is non-refundable if a surgery is canceled — but again, my surgery wasn’t scheduled because I hadn’t completed the full payment. To make matters worse, instead of refunding my money electronically — the same way I paid — they mailed me two separate paper checks for $1,000 each, totaling only $2,000. I contacted my bank and initiated a dispute for the full $2,500, which took 10 days to resolve. I only received part of my money and was still waiting for the rest. The front desk associate was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire process. She later called me, clearly upset that I disputed the charge, and demanded I return $1,000 — which I agreed to do, stating I’d make two $500 payments over two Fridays. She agreed. Shockingly, the next day I received another call saying the payment plan was no longer acceptable and that I had 24 hours to repay the full $1,000 or they would pursue theft charges — despite the fact that this entire refund process had been broken and inconsistent from their end. It feels like I’ve been misled and manipulated, with policies changed and weaponized at convenience. This has caused unnecessary stress, financial disruption, and emotional frustration. The lack of integrity, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. Cancellation policy below Following is our cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of 1,500.00 will be charged in addition to your deposit. If for any reason you cancel your surgery the cancelation fee will not be returned. The cancellation fee will be refunded within 30 days after surgery. Because of the financial and time commitments we must make, we ask that you be definite about your desire for surgery and be certain that you have the funds available before asking us to schedule your surgery.

If you’re searching for a crew who are in the field for the patients not for themselves this is the place to go! Dr. Christopher Salgado and his Office Manager Stephanie and ALL of his staff including the ladies at the front, including his hospitals and Urologist Dr. Edward Gheiler. They all are about the best interest of their patients and I am living proof. I can’t even begin to thank them all enough as they have changed my life from depressed and suicidal to completely opposite. A life beyond my wildest dreams. I put all faith and trust into this teams hands and they all stuck their neck out in every way to help get me to where I needed to be working with my insurance and/or deposit fighting for my rights and working in every way possible to help me; being sure to make my goals achievable. I refuse to ever go elsewhere the surgeries I have had done by Dr. Christopher Salgado have turned out immaculate. By far better than any I have seen and I get told this by everyone. He’s open, honest, raw, and real. There’s no grey area he is sure to say the good, bad, and ugly. This is important as not all will and sugar coat. He answers all questions and goes above and beyond to be sure he meets all expectations. He is literally a gifted artist when it comes to his work. I felt completely welcomed from day one when first walked into his Miami office, never changed and I’ve been working with them for over 2 years non stop. I never thought I’d feel so comfortable and confident in my own skin. This team can and will save lives with however that may look for anyone. I promise to all that there won’t be regrets. Dr. Christopher Salgado and his team explains everything in a very simple and honest way. It is not necessary to look for a surgeon in Miami who in the end could put your life at risk. He delivers results and in the end that is what we want! Extremely professional team yet very easy to talk to and welcomed like family from the start with phenomenal communication. I and my spouse and others who’ve seen his work on my body refuse to go anywhere else now with that being said most definitely 5 Stars!!! Again there won’t be regrets. Huge shoutout THANK YOU to the BEST team around!

The staff is very rude when they answer the phone they can’t tell you the break down on why you have to pay 5k for deposit. And when ask to speak with the Dr they refuse to and have many excuses. I would like to receive information the truth way why charge me 5k and only tell me that if the insurance doesn’t pay they have 5k . But then tell me the system told her I have to pay 5k and she couldn’t tell me the break on way the system charge me 5k and as of January she said they change the system payment. This office need very professional front clerks and assistants and etc… because they are so making Dr Salgado office look bad with they no understanding and rude attitudes. We the patients are important this is our responsibility to get the correct information so we can feel safe and secure at any office we choose to have emergency services.i also have every call recorded of they rudeness and etc.Dr Salgado I need answers .
