I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Premier Hyundai of Harvey. After a disappointing experience at a dealership closer to home, I contacted your team and was connected with Phat Watts. Despite the three-long drive, the service I received made it well worth the trip. Mr. Watts took the time to listen to my needs, and by the time I arrived, he and the rest of the staff were fully prepared. They even went so far as to bring in a car in a different color from another location just for me to see. The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. I also want to recognize Bernard Harvey, who handled my paperwork. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the numbers and every detail of the transaction and Mr. Watts checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to this professional team, I was able to trade in my old vehicle and purchase a new one in just a few hours. Thank you again for such a smooth and pleasant experience.

Nancy in service provided great service and carries a great customer first work ethic. Five stars is too little, she rates 10. With the attitudes we've encountered on the east Bank dealerships, we now drive twice as far to harvey, but it's well worth the trip!!!
I had a great experience with Mr. Hyppolite as my sales associate as well as Mr. Harvey as the finance manager. Everyone here was very welcoming and professional and the building was clean and organized. The location was easy to find, and I am looking forward to bringing my vehicle here for regularly scheduled maintenance or any issue I may have because I know they will take care of me and my car well!
