I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Premier Hyundai of Harvey. After a disappointing experience at a dealership closer to home, I contacted your team and was connected with Phat Watts. Despite the three-long drive, the service I received made it well worth the trip. Mr. Watts took the time to listen to my needs, and by the time I arrived, he and the rest of the staff were fully prepared. They even went so far as to bring in a car in a different color from another location just for me to see. The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. I also want to recognize Bernard Harvey, who handled my paperwork. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the numbers and every detail of the transaction and Mr. Watts checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to this professional team, I was able to trade in my old vehicle and purchase a new one in just a few hours. Thank you again for such a smooth and pleasant experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Hyundai service department. My vehicle has been there for approximately three weeks, and the situation has been one problem after another. I was told they could not complete the repair because their diagnostic reader/scanner was broken. Then, when I went to pick up my vehicle, they could not even locate my keys. I was later told that an employee had taken my keys home. Today, after speaking with someone and making arrangements to pick up my vehicle, I drove there and my car wasn’t even pulled up or ready for pickup. To make matters worse, the service department was already closed. I am paying out of pocket for rides just to get back and forth to this dealership, and nobody seems to understand or care about the inconvenience this has caused me. I should not have to repeatedly spend money on transportation because my vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for weeks and the dealership cannot properly coordinate its return. This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect management to take responsibility for how this situation has been handled and to make this right.
