Kelly is absolutely amazing! Love how she can copy & paste your nail inspirations. She is very sweet and gentle. She waxed my eyebrows too & cleaned them up very nicely 🥰
Have been going here for a while and always get great results. Hao is the absolute best, he copied and pasted my inspo pic I am so happy with my nails. He is precise and fast especially for what I got done. 100% recommend booking with him
Best nail salon in Fort Meyers! Jennifer, Kevin, and especially Tony are awesome! Very friendly to chat with when getting nails done, and Tony has a great sense of humor! Very artistic and creative with main design that we requested!
First time here and I’m happy to have found a new nail salon that is clean and welcoming. Kevin is an awesome person and talented nail tech; he has 25 years experience! I look forward to coming back for a pedicure in the near future.
Super weird experience! I called and made an appointment the day before, and showed up 20 mins early to my appt. I have never thought something as simple as a greeting or a smile could be so important until I came to this business. I have never craved acknowledgement or communication like this at a nail place. Gorgeous location, cute bar and what looks like lots of hard working focused techs. Angel my tech who did the pedicure did a good job, did not rush & was careful! I waited for 10 mins after my appt time and then reminded them that I had made a reservation and that’s when they realized they had assumed I was a walk-in for a different service (shouldn’t matter as I checked in digitally using the same phone number and for the same service I had made my appt for) no one spoke with me over the 40mins, despite it being pretty clear (to me at least) that something was off. no one offered me a drink despite the adorable bar, I asked for 1 myself! Another small detail, no one put my armrest thing down on the pedicure chair after I sat down, so it stayed up for like half my pedicure until I noticed. I guess other nail places put it down for you? I never realized how spoiled I was! This place is clean, smelled good and has all the ingredients of a luxurious nail business, but I definitely got a vibe that I am not needed/wanted as a client, despite making an appointment in advance, thank god for my tech Angel she made me feel human again through her sweet calm acknowledgment & communication. I don’t blame the receptionist at all, they were doing their best and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I question the management, quality control and training.
