I booked a drop trailer load with Ediberto in Cactus, Tx, going to El Paso. Dropped the trailer off 4/28 late afternoon, said it would be ready within 24 hours. Called Wednesday, nothing. Tried canceling Wednesday at 9pm because the trailer wasn't even at door yet but Ediberto was begging us to keep it because he was going to be charged a $600 cancellation fee, etc. He promised and guaranteed us it would be out and ready by 11 pm, which was on 4/29/26, and that he would add $300 so we kept it. We got a call at 4am saying the load was ready on 4/30/26. Ediberto messaged me at 6:11am, asking if we had got loaded the prior night. I responded no and that JBS called at 4am saying it was ready. The appointment time was at 10 am, which he was never going to make. He had previously mentioned possibly pushing the appointment to 2 pm but never followed up again. He later asked if the driver got unloaded and I told him no, there was no way he was going to make a 7/8 hour drive in 5.5 hours. He rescheduled the appointment to 5/1/26 at 10 am. Upon arriving, they weren't even sure if they were gonna send us somewhere else because they said this load was due since 4/15/26. We did end up getting unloaded. Ediberto called and asked for the POD. He was nice, no issues. Soon as I send him the POD, he hits me with I am charging you a $250 for a late fee, since you didn't make your appointment on 4/29/26. He never gave me the $300 he promised, which I have in messages. He proceeded to have a bad attitude and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. I called the company and they told me that they can't do anything, only Ediberto can change the rate con. Do not do business with this company, they will screw you out of your money !!

Saw a negative review based on politics so that’s wrong. Here is a great one, passed the driver on the road , drives safe , very friendly. Keep making America great again . 👍🏻

My wife and I would not chose another Dispatch team. Matt and Dan run a great operation along with Mark. They know the industry and the needs of their drivers. They are on top of the competition and go the extra mile . Very satisfied even as impatient as I get at times we understand this is expediting and you will sit once in a while but not to long with C & M .

A broker from this company decided to zero out my load completely because it was a day late (solely due to delays at shipping) and C&M was refusing to pay altogether. On top of that, they had several of their employees leave negative Google reviews for my business after I tried to negotiate with several people at C&M to get paid even half of what the load was worth to at least cover my drivers' fuel costs and expenses but to no avail- therefore my collections agency had to contact their customer for payment which made them upset even though I did let them know MONTHS ahead of time that that's the route I'd have to take if we can't come up with a solution between ourselves. We did eventually receive the funds from the customer, however we do wish all of that could've been avoided. Instead of coming up with any solution, everyone I came into contact with was extremely rude. Very unethical brokerage.

They have an excellent staff!!! My owner is good to me. I've been with a few others and they have been very supportive and good to me. In this industry if you treat people like dirt then you will get the same from everyone.
