My furry friend has been with Dr. Rosy (the veterinarian) since she was 45 days old, and now she's over a year old. During all this time, I haven't had a single bad experience of any kind; quite the opposite, in fact. From the moment I walk in, I feel right at home, and the staff there are so responsible and loving that I feel completely at ease leaving my furry friend for a bath and returning when she's ready. I came to Patas y Colas as a first-time pet owner, and now not only do I have my German Shepherd healthy and strong, but I also decided to adopt two cats, who, of course, have also received excellent care from the professionals there. The conscious decision to take responsibility for other living beings is influenced by my experience with Paws and Tails, and the emotional learning I have gained from them, such as the ability to understand their body language, which undoubtedly confirms to me through humming and play when we are there, that not only do I feel calm, but they are also comfortable with the love they are offered.
Excellent care, they have been following up with my dog via WhatsApp, the doctor seems very interested in providing comprehensive care for my dog, and she was also very patient with her.
I highly recommend them!!! Dr. Rosy loves animals, and her entire team has always treated my pets with love and professionalism 👏🏼👍🏼🙌🏻

Probably one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. I was called in, and the veterinarian was on the phone the entire time while I just stood there. She didn't look at me once, or even acknowledge me. She was having a conversation as if she were talking to a friend. I understand this is a business, and it could have been a business call, but the least she could have done was say, "I'll be right with you," or nod, or something. Why do you expect someone to give you money when you treat them with such disrespect? No, thank you. It's a shame because I live right across the street.
