This is a wakeup call for anyone doing business with Alamo Door Systems of Texas. They installed a front garage door that is off by 1-2 inches on the left side because they offset the garage door rails incorrectly. Ronnie and his crew were paid by Tuff Shed to install two garage doors. I was with the older white gentelman who owns an older white truck when he installed the back garage door rails on top of the concrete with no issues. Tuff Shed leadership has contacted Ronnie twice and he rufused to come back out and correct the rail mistake they created. They have poor customer service and I rate them at a "0". This is the worst garage door company in San Antonio, TX. If you want A1 customer service do not choose this company!

Terrible sneaky company. Adding hidden fees to jobs after the work is done. Don't trust this company at all! They say one thing then do another. They dont show up on time, or at all, causing you to completely waste your time

Once again, Alamo Door Systems came thru as promised. I've been using these folks since 2006 and they have never failed me. So, if you are having trouble with your garage door and have been shopping around, make sure you make them your final call. Thanks again to Maria and Chris for such great service.
