Let me start off by saying Leo is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've been trying to get a price for building a two car garage for a year and a half. Finally a couple months ago he said I needed to get plans drawn up by an engineer. I spent well over a thousand dollars and gave the plans to him. Three weeks later after not hearing anything I tried to call him. He doesn't answer and his mail box is full. He doesn't want to know who wants to get touch with him. I finally get him on the phone and I ask for my plans back. He says he will get them to me today. Didn't happen. Today I found them stuffed in my mailbox. With this amount of difficulty BEFORE contracting a job, I can only imagine what it would be like having him him contracted and never being able to reach him. I think he has the best of intentions but he is completely unorganized. I don't know how he ever gets anything completed.
