I highly recommend Best Garage Door Company.This is my 2nd time having them at my home. The first time they completely rehabilitated the garage door system and I've never had it working so well. I have received outstanding service at a fair price. The 2nd issue wasn't an emergency but they came first thing in the morning to check my system. They stand by their warranty and have resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their integrity and the nice gentleman that come to my home. Best Garage Door Company absolutely lives up to their name. They’re more knowledgeable and competent than any company I’ve used before — and they fixed a major problem another company created. They’re professional, easy to communicate with, showed up within the promised window, and even called ahead with an update on their arrival time. Truly top-notch service. Highly recommend.
I placed a call to Nick of Best Garage Door Service to assist me with an issue I was having with my garage door. I used Best in the past, and I recalled the phenomenal response and service I received back then. In true fashion, Nick responded immediately and was able to schedule service for me since I was not available that same day. The service technician arrived within the scheduled time. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue and promptly put my door back into service. The rates were also very fair and reasonable. I will always use Best as my go-to for my future garage door service needs.
Ari was amazing! He responded to my request on Thumbtack immediately and scheduled an appointment to come out to do a free estimate on Sunday. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was on time, professional, and efficient.. I would not hesitate to use him again and again!
