I have had a terrible experience with Harleem Muhammad of Mastermind Contractors and would highly not recommend him to do your work for you. If you don't take this advice and still want to use him to do your work, I'll HIGHLY advice that you put everything in writing before he does your work for you. He's very DISHONEST person and DON'T ever give him cash as a form of payment. You can ZELLE, transfer the money to his account and when you do give him cash make sure you both text each other to confirm receipt of payment. When takes the job in the beginning, he'll tell you he'll do this and make the job look nice and when he goes to buy the materials, he'll come back to you to tell you the materials are expensive and so you have to pay for the increase in the material price. He buys cheap materials and will come back to tell you he's bought quality materials and that the agreed contract price has increased so you have to pay what he wants you to pay. He's very Dishonest person and he kept on asking me for food and water on daily basis for him and the workers which should not be so. If the person you're working for Voluntarily gives you food and water that's fine but you don't DEMAND for them yourself and keeps on pressurizing him to do so. I'LL NOT RECOMMEND HARLEEM MUHAMMAD to anybody and as I said if you decide to use him to do your work, make sure you put everything in the contract and Don't make payment in CASH, he'll tell you in the end you haven't paid him, He's EXTREMELY DISHONEST contractor and please take my advice seriously, I'm a Veteran and wouldn't lie to you. LOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE, AVOID THIS DISHONEST GUY PLEASE!!!
