Went here to get a def problem look at once I got there owner begin a force regen, while in regen mode at their property they blew my radiator and coolant went everywhere, owner just stop working on my truck and advise me to go else where, would not help me fix the def problem or the new problem with the radiator, these guys added problems not help fix problems I had a horrible experience at this place and advise anyone to find another place to go
Highly recommend these guys!! Gilbert came and picked us up in the middle of the night on the side of I10. He was very friendly and quick!! 65 years old and he's out there doing the damn thing! We told him that we had a load in the back so he let us stay the night in our truck at the tow yard and had his guys help us unload our truck and load it onto the truck that came to recover. Then he took us to freightliner. Overall a very quick and pleasant experience!!
We have used Duran and Sons for both towing and mechanical work and cannot say enough great things about them! Not only do they do a damn good job, but their prices and quality of work are unbeatable. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and respectful, always willing to be flexible our schedule. Gil, Eddie and the other mechanics are the best!
Highly recommend! Mike towed us from Alamogordo NM to El Paso. Can't speak highly enough about this gentlemen!! Very professional and kind!! He even put up with my constant chatter all the way to El Paso. Lol.
Very professional company and employees that definitely know what they are doing. I highly recommend this company for your diesel services. To be honest, I have taken my truck to various mechanics here in El Paso and over the past 2 years every single one of them failed to find the problem that Duran and Sons found. This is the only place I have taken my truck where I feel with 100% confidence that I was not getting scamed.
