I wanted to share a review regarding my recent experience with your company. I initially met with Alex to discuss revamping my lanai and, although I had received several other quotes, his knowledge and kindness made me feel comfortable enough to pay the deposit and sign the contract. After signing, I looked at online reviews in more detail and became concerned. However, I spoke with Alex and another representative _possibly the owner) who reassured me and provided the requested license and insurance information. While we originally scheduled the project for a few weeks out, Alex was able to move my appointment up, which I greatly appreciated. During the revamp, the crew power washed, sanded, replaced all the screws, painted the structure from white to black, and rescreened the entire lanai. Although there was a slight language barrier with the crew, they were very helpful and addressed any touch-ups I pointed out immediately. Overall, I had a great experience. Alex even followed up with me on the final day to ensure everything was going well. My neighbors are already asking about the work, and I will be happy to share Alex’s contact information with them. People always share negative reviews but seldom give good ones. Give this company a chance!
The team of two people re-screened our entire pool cage including bolts where needed, door hardware and corner cables. They completed the job in about 6 hours. The job site was staged to protect the pool water and deck. Clean up was impressive. We are very pleased and give the highest recommendation.
Professional, timely, precise, friendly, thorough, these guys were a pleasure to have do the job. Pricing was fantastic. They arrived on time, prepared the work site, did an exquisite job, did additional work.. always picked up the phone and when they were finished, you never knew they were there. Modern Pool Cage reattached my pool cage to my home and did a full restoration. They were at my home by 7:30 am and put in a full days work. The workers were courteous and professional. My pool cage looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.
This was my pool cage before these guys did there magic. They did an exceptional good job. The customer service was excellent very easy to talk to. The 3 workers that did the job were awesome and were very meticulous with their work You can tell they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend them to any one.
