Jose and crew did an exceptional job in restoring my deck. They stripped the deck surface down to the original wood, sanded and stained it, also replaced rotted boards and painted the railings. I was impressed with the communication about arrival times and progress during the process. A great, professional experience.

I got estimates from several painting contractors to paint the exterior of my house and Martinez Painting came in at just over 47% of the price of the next lowest bid. Yes, they were LESS THAN 50% of the other bids! This would normally alarm me a bit as it almost seems too good to be true, but a good friend of mine who had worked with Jose Martinez on multiple painting projects in the past assured me that they do top quality work at a very fair price. So, I hired Martinez painting to paint my house and I am so glad I did! Jose and his crew, which are mostly his sons, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, highly skilled, and also respectful of my property. They are very detail oriented, which resulted in an absolutely fantastic final result! I now have neighbors asking me about my experience and commenting on how great my house looks on a regular basis. I will likely hire them again to paint my interior at some point. I cannot recommend Martinez painting enough! Do yourself a favor and get multiple bids just to see what the market price is for such a high quality paint job. I would bet a lot of money that you will find Martinez at or near the bottom of the list as far as expense goes and at the top of the list for quality.
