Invoice 022676/022677 Avoid this company ! There are much better and cheaper Luxury alternative companies. First off, the airport pick up. Because of our large group of 12 including an infant I had to pay for an upgrade from a mini bus (Mercedes Sprinter Van) to a midi Coach that would seat 22 passengers plus all our luggage. However we were picked up in a Mercedes Sprinter Van and were still able to fit everyone and luggage. All seats were filled. The van certainly could not fit 22 persons. I emailed the company to request for a refund of the upgrade cost since we were picked up by the sprinter van and not the midi Coach. The company has refused this saying the driver confirmed it was a midi Coach. They do not believe me and must think I’m lying. I even sent them a photo of what type of make and model of van picked us up but I get the same response. So no refund. I booked them again ( my mistake) for a hotel to airport transfer and they again asked for an upgrade price for another midi Coach. Well the driver was a no show. I tried emailing support to ask for the driver but did not get a response for another 25 minutes. Also tried calling support number but could not connect the call. I finally got a late response saying they would investigate the matter. We had to scramble and find alternative transport to the airport. I guess the company does not live track its drivers as it did not know what was happening. I’ve requested for a full refund but keep getting the same response ….The refund is pending and is in the queue for processing. It has been 25 days since I requested the refund. I have been emailing customer Service but they are now not responding. Totally unacceptable service from this company. Quick to charge but will not give a refund. Customers are not given the drivers number so it’s difficult to communicate if ever there are problems. Avoid them at all costs. I will continue to ask for my refund. Hopefully it will come. This is my response: the vehicle that was provided was not a 14 seater midi coach. We were a total of 11 adults and one infant. The infant sat in her mothers lap and all seats were taken. There were no extra seats. As for my return trip if you found me to be aggressive why did you take my money and approve the booking only to leave me hanging the day of the booking. At least have the courtesy to decline my booking. This is very un professional behaviour. As for the refund I am still waiting. Update as of Feb 5,2026. I finally received the refund for the no show after 32 days. Thank you.

What a wonderful service. Was nervous given our transport was to take us from Albert Park to a Wedding at Angel Gully (near Clarendon in SA, a one hour drive) and pick up that evening, so needed a reliable service. The booking communication was excellent, price reasonable, pick up times spot on both ways, vehicle and drivers lovely. Happy to recommend and to one day use again. Thank you.

I have used Luxury Transport Group multiple times over the last 18 months and have always been a pleasure to deal with in both the booking (amendments to itinerary), fair pricing and brilliant drivers who have always been on time, as well as clean and tidy vehicles. Recently I booked transfers for my auntie (her first time travelling alone due to recently being widowed), her driver Solomon she cannot praise enough as was such a gentleman when there was issues with her accommodation, he did not leave until the issue was sorted and she was safely in her apartment - she messaged me that his service was 12/10! Will continue to use Luxury Transport Group for any trips myself or extended family have!

Had to call upon arrival at the airport to find our driver, had small babies with us which wasn’t a great start. Then as we were all sitting on the front lawn with our suitcases wondering once again where the driver was we received an EMAIL to say the driver wasn’t coming sorry 5 minutes after they should have been there. We had to call for 4 Ubers to get us all to the airport asap. It’s been a week now and still no refunds in our account. The Ubers were super fast and a lot cheaper for us in the end. Don’t bother wasting your money or time with this company they are definitely not luxury.

Luxury Transport Group's reply to this review is absolutely 100% false. We did not request our driver stop on either trip, and in fact on the trip back to Canberra we didn't even get out of the car when he stopped to charge! I am absolutely flabbergasted that a company would respond and flat out lie like this. Stopping was also hardly the primary issue of our feedback and why would we lie if we had stopped to go to the toilet? That makes absolutely no sense. We also have received absolutely no correspondence regarding our feedback aside from the below reply. I have changed our review to 1 star as I am honestly stunned at this ridiculous behaviour. **original review** While the driver from this company was wonderful to my Mum for a booking we made for her last year, our experience was unfortunately not as pleasant. We booked a return transfer from Canberra to Sydney Airport and after our initial trip provided feedback about our driver after he was very erratic, was speeding and generally made the trip not very pleasant. We never received any response to our feedback, and then on our return trip 4 weeks later, we received the same driver. While the second trip wasn't as unpleasant as the first, for this level of service and cost, I think it is very unprofessional to not only provide us the same driver that we were not happy with, but not tell us in advance. We would have made alternative arrangements if that was the only driver available. We booked a "mercedes/audi or similar" and the car was a Tesla, which is fine, but it meant on both trips we had to stop to charge the car. We've had this with other companies also, however the difference is that the other companies told us prior to our trip so we had a choice, and knew beforehand, rather than being told halfway through each trip. We were also pretty disappointed that we never received a response to our feedback for the February trip. I've given 2 stars as we did get where we needed to go, but I will not use this company again. Other companies may be a little more expensive, but the level of customer service far exceeds Luxury Transport Group.
