Called to give feedback about one of the drivers on the road. The girl who answered the phone sounded asleep or high. Truck cutting people off on the road and constant use of the flashing lights while not under tow, transport, or loading.

Absolutely horrible employee if I was a business I would never work with these people, poorly ran and operated. To say your “representative respectfully” responded is so far from the truth and due to the negligence from your own employees and lack of communication. And if those fees were correct then take the sign off of the door with the false prices

Absolutely terrible. Towing guy walked away as I was asking him a question and in response he shrugged. Didn’t even look at me. No manners whatsoever and so rude. Went to auto zone and found out he lied to me about needing a new battery. Do NOT use this service. I also waited 3 hours for them to get here AND he was late and arrived after his window.

Wouldn't release my work truck at 10p because they needed cash from my tech driver Had to cancel two jobs and spend three hours arguing with the two guys in the office to get it realized after finally getting them to comply with offering at least two forms of payment and sending a Zelle Truck was moved 12 miles away from the pickup spot, employees would not give their full name for my records and so I could file a complaint Regardless of their business type, which I understand deals with upset customers by default, they are extremely un professional and un helpful for working class folks just to get stuff resolved and back on the road

Really good and fast service. Josh is who they sent out to tow my car from Tampa to Brandon and he was super cool and listened to good music. Best I can ask for because usually I hate having to drive with the tow. Definitely recommend and would use again!
