Did a small patch on my water inlet line. Pipe was exposed for them already, charged me 40 extra minutes to run to the store and buy a tool ( 50 bucks they charged me for) and parts (64 bucks) . All in all came out to 300 bucks for 2 hours of labor. Just let it be known that they charge you for how long they take at the store. Repair itself was and is still good thus far.
Everything started off great. They came for a clogged sewer line.I asked them to use their inspection camera to decipher.What was causing the clog, then augur it out, then jet the debris all the way out of the pipe.I didn't want it left in the line. The camera , the pipe and found the obstruction. The sewer auger made short work of this. When he put in the wet jet to flush the debris out of the line , he didn't have the water on and it caused the jet to get stuck. It took them 2 hours to get the jet unstuck. I ended up telling them how to get it out. At this point , they said they would not put the jet back in there to flush the line. I said , okay , I'll call someone else to do it. Then they bring me a bill $470. They charge me for each tool.They used and then three hours labor. Remember , two hours of this was getting their tool unstuck because of his mistake. I refused to pay this amount. I told the owner $200 was fair seiing how the problem wasn'tresolved, but I would give him $250. This still was not good enough for them , so it ended up costing me $300. The original quote was a $180. So due to the lack of knowledge on how to use the tool, by the tech ryan, i ended up paying almost double and the problem is still not fixed. I would never use this company again! And I recommend no one ever uses them!
I’ve been a customer since ‘96. Through the years I have always been treated with the utmost respect, with quality fast service at a fair price. I called on them many times and never had a complaint. These men are absolutely amazing. Bubba came out with his apprentice a while back to work on the plumbing in my husbands and I’s first home. They were entirely respectful, clean, and orderly. They were quick with replacing and fixing things that needed attention, and kept us up to date on everything. They were honest about what needed to be done, and what could wait but were always up front about everything. They also fixed our gas line and got us hot running water quickly. These men came out when they should have been off to make sure that we were taken care of. Today we had an issue with our plumbing backing up into the house. The owner himself (and his son) immediately came out to check on what was going on, they fixed the issue rite away and again I cannot say this enough, did an amazing job. These guys are amazing they are respectful, they are quick and do a damn good job. (Bonus: they are extremely reasonably priced!!)
