Buyer beware Don't do business with this guy Seriously trying to blame me??? Not surprising. Ok...here you go Pretty much every cabinet had a problem. Island cabinets put the kitchen sink off center. You picked them up, said you would correct them, then disappeared. Cabinets on wall did not match measurements on YOUR OWN PLANS. You tried to find a solution without being out of pocket but there wasn't any solution, so I had to fix that on my time. Said they would be easier and better quality than IKEA...wrong. I have pictures of questionable workmanship, scuffs, and cracks on your cabinets. One cabinet was even missing screws. I had to cut all the shelves for the shallow cabinets because they were also wrong (blamed CNC machine) Corner cabinets wrong size (blamed CNC machine and still not corrected) Missing toe kick (still missing) Missing gola and gola hardware (still missing) Missing an entire drawer (still missing) Missing slide outs (still missing) Missing correct hinges for 2 cabinets (still missing) Missing lights/drivers (still missing) Missing correct size filler panels for corner (blamed CNC machine and still missing) Missing pre drilled holes on drawers (blamed the CNC machine and still not corrected) Missing pre drilled peg holes for shelves on several cabinets (blamed CNC machine and still not corrected) Missing shelf supports (still missing) AND NOW Missing all the island cabinets Don't get me started on drywall work Always late or just straight up not show up. Cnc machine broke, truck broke, inspector trouble. Heard all of the excuses. I'm a pretty reasonable contractor and super easy/understanding but the way this progressively got worse is unacceptable. But yeah blame the customer and the CNC machine The customer isn't responsible for all that, I'm competent enough to build an entire 2 story building start to finish....BUT I'm not a skilled carpenter??? Thought it was easier than IKEA, all of the sudden a skilled carpenter needs to put up your cabinets??? I can install some cabinets... just need the correct sizes and not missing something every time I get to the next one. The incompetence is most definitely not on my end. What a waste of time and money. The plans to get the permit was successful (eventually), that part is correct. But let's not act like I had a bunch of changes to the plans because I didn't have you change anything. The only revisions was the city asking for you to do a better job on rebar placement and installation detail. I know your just starting out, I've been there (long ago). I debated on even putting in a review in the first place because I don't usually do that and I feel for people trying to get going as entrepreneurs, it's a struggle. But this was bad enough and you just went and handled it the wrong way with that reply making it even worse. Take some ownership Always a call or text away.
