Contractor’s failure to follow basic safety procedures caused damage to my property. Management will not return phone calls, accept accountability, apologize, or even investigate the situation in order to prevent future situations that could turn out far worse than mine. With a lack of accountability in management, don’t expect much from anyone else here. I recommend finding an electrical contractor with an emphasis on safety and common courtesy. Edited to address response from company: For clarity, it does not matter that you do not provide service to me - one of your contractors had an unsecured load in his/her vehicle (with your company name very clearly on the side) which flew out of the truck on I95 and struck my vehicle. Your company does indeed know me, based on the several phone calls I made to you which were largely ignored. The only response I received was an inquiry about whether I happened to take a picture of the item flying out of your vehicle. While driving. In traffic. Classy stuff.
I have used superior electrical Service several times. We have had light fixtures and smoke/Co2 detectors installed very profesional job always quick and on time . I have never had a problem with superior . They do a great job, the guy is always on time, and cleans up afterward!. will be calling them again
I got a call from this company telling me my power was going to be disconnected by FPL. They gave me a number to call and give my information too. It was a scam phone number not related to FPL at all. This company is fishing for people private information through illegal means. Do not answer they're calls or give them information.
