Top notch service. Sam will always take your call no matter the service size. My AC was dead, 100 degrees out, they fixed it, fast and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. What started as a bad day, ended with a smile.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is absolutely worth it. I submitted a request in the evening and within about 30 minutes Sam called me. The company was already closed for the day, but after I explained the situation and mentioned that my wife is pregnant, Sam, who is the owner himself, dropped what he was doing and came out personally. He thoroughly inspected everything, quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and came back the very next day to complete the repair. What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of work, it was the level of care, urgency, and professionalism. These days it’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts customers first, but Sam absolutely went above and beyond. The entire process was smooth, fast, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with AC Cool Air repairing my unit. We noticed that the AC was not working and seemed to be clogged as there was water in the bottom stopping the cooling. It was HOT, and I called the next morning to see when they could come out. They were over in less than two hours and fixed the issue quickly, also giving me recommendations for servicing which I will be using them for as well. Good communication, quick service, fairly priced.
