Our furnace went out and we contacted our insurance. They said Ruiz would be in contact within 24 hrs. Waited 48, called, and he stated he would not be coming out and was very rude to my GF. He said he had contacted the insurance to say he would not be coming out, but the insurance company has no record of him contacting them...
Have been calling for a week and leaving voicemails, no one calls back or answers the calls. We are at 107f and cannot get anyone to fix our HVAC system, this is through insurance claim.
I strongly recommend the services of Ruiz Air Conditioning. On a Sunday, my air conditioning unit malfunctioned during extremely hot and humid weather. Ruiz Air Conditioning promptly responded to my call and arrived within minutes to repair my old AC unit. I am extremely grateful for their efficient service and wholeheartedly endorse them. They are truly the best in the valley.
Ruiz AC was able to fix my unit within an hour of me calling them. They were professional and effectively communicated what the issue was. I recommend their services.
In less than an hour Ruiz had my AC diagnosed and repaired. FAHW had originally scheduled another company that told me they were booked till Monday. Ruiz made it to diagnose the problem today Friday the 8th of August. I am looking forward to using Ruiz to maintain and repair my AC and heating.
