We recently hired JMK Contractor to renovate the kitchen in our condo, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. Kitchen projects can be tricky, especially in smaller spaces with older buildings, but the JMK team handled every part of the process smoothly and professionally. Their communication was a standout. We always knew what was going on, when to expect crews, and what decisions needed to be made. They were responsive, clear, and honest, which made the entire experience way less stressful. Now that it’s finished, the kitchen feels like a totally new space—bright, functional, and beautifully done. We’re thrilled with the result and would definitely recommend them.

JMK rescued me from a nightmare that began during Covid with a former contractor ghosting me and then I found them 2 years later by accident!! My fear was were they going to be dependable?? I have heard so many stories in my condo building with contractors and permits!! BUT They were there for me and helped me get through all the craziness of the building dept nightmares Miami Beach is famous for! It’s true, they are horrible and too complicated to work with. JMK kept me informed with the permitting status which we were at the mercy with the city approving things! I’ve been retired 5 years and I’m 71 years old and I’m on a fixed income and still paying a mortgage. I had no idea I would have to move out for 6 months and JMK really tried to get me back in with a certificate of occupancy as quick as they could. The city was very petty about stupid things not caring about their residents. JMK kept their promises and worked with me to get me back home! I’m very happy with my finished project as you can see the results. I have lived here 28 years and my condo was falling apart. Now it’s beautiful! It’s not a luxury condo but it’s a very cozy coastal looking condo that I am very happy with and the finished product. I recommend JMK highly because they really came through for me when I was at the mercy on the contractor gods!! They also have been very responsive to my calls, requests and wishes! They have always responded in a timely manner. The project really went as smooth as it could considering all the variables involved. I’m a very happy customer now, I have a new home!!!
