In town for the weekend and decided to try this place out. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was perfect. The attention to detail is definitely noticed here from the soft bread and butter to the perfectly cooked steaks. I highly recommend starting with the French onion soup and chopped salad. Their steaks were amazing and cooked perfectly and their mocha ice cream brownie was the cherry on top. Overall great experience and would highly recommend checking this place out.

I've been coming to Lindey's for the better part of three years now, and nearly everytime, they wow me with the quality of service and food. However, the more I think back on it tonight, the more disappointed I am by the latter. My appetizer was phenomenal, a rich and complex dish that was a perfect start to my night. However, the lobster risotto just didn't hit the mark. The snap peas were fighting with the consistency of the rest of the dish, rather than working cohesively with everything else. Along with the risotto itself not being seasoned or rich enough for what I'd expect from a lobster risotto. The dessert, a pecan tartle was, however, very delicious. I don't know what I expected, but it was incredible either way! The caramel sauce added a much needed depth to the tartlet and being served a la mode was very nice as well. While I enjoyed my time at Lindey's, it was the first time I left feeling a little disappointed my my experience. I will be returning, as all restaurants have the occasional mishap or maybe it was just me who was the problem! Whichever is the case, I look forward to coming back and trying more of what I love so much about Lindey's.

We hit up Lindey’s early Saturday afternoon just as the crowd started building, and snagged a patio seat—comfortable, sun-soaked, and exactly the kind of setup you want for a lazy weekend meal. Service matched the mood: empty plates disappeared almost the second we set them down, keeping the whole outdoor experience feeling effortless. In terms of food and drinks: Brewdog Lager Light and malty, an easy way to start the afternoon. Leinenkugel Summer Shandy Bubbly and crisp, with a refreshing quality that felt right at home on the patio. Lindey’s Burger Well-cooked and tender, juicy without tipping into greasy. The vegetables were fresh and added a nice touch of sweetness, while the bacon brought a satisfying crunch and a savory backbone that rounded out every bite. Tuna Tartare The tuna was fresh and well-seasoned, paired with a generous amount of avocado that added a subtle sweetness. The soy sauce brought just the right amount of savory depth, and the chips added a great crunchy contrast. A really balanced dish—every element combined seamlessly. This one earned its spot as a go-to patio lunch. The unhurried Saturday atmosphere paired with a menu that nailed both comfort food and something a little more refined made for a genuinely satisfying afternoon—easy to see us coming back for round two.

We were in town for a wedding and are so glad we discovered this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Our server, Jakov, made the experience unforgettable with his outstanding service and excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. Every dish was delicious, and the atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. This was hands down my favorite restaurant of the entire trip. If I ever find myself back in Ohio, returning here will be at the top of my list. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

I was genuinely excited to try Lindey’s for the first time because I had heard nothing but amazing things, which honestly made this experience even more disappointing. I dine at a lot of the fine-dining restaurants throughout Columbus, so I had pretty high expectations coming here. I will say, the food was wonderful and the drinks were wonderful. I really have no complaints in that department. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed everything that was good about the evening. Our server, Mason, had very little personality or engagement with our table and rarely checked on us. The lack of attentiveness was honestly shocking for a restaurant of this caliber. Our table was left covered in finished plates, empty glasses, silverware, napkins, and dirty dishes for what felt like the entire evening. I actually took a picture because I couldn’t believe that this was the table we were sitting at in a fine-dining restaurant. What is most frustrating is that I genuinely think I could have walked away loving Lindey’s had we had a different server. The food and drinks absolutely lived up to what I had heard, but service is such a huge part of the experience, and unfortunately Mason’s service really ruined my first impression of the restaurant. I wanted to love this place, and I probably would have. Instead, I left thoroughly disappointed knowing the experience could have been so much better with attentive service.
