I never write negative reviews, so for me to do this it’s because my experience was exceptionally disappointing. I chose this place due to its convenient location, but I regrettably didn’t check recent reviews. I brought my iPhone 15 to repair the back glass. When I went to pick it up, the poor workmanship took me aback. The top and bottom edges were lifted and what looked like small shards of the previous back glass were on the edges of the screen. After inspecting it, I let the tech know and he grabbed the phone and very unfazed responded to give him 15 mins to fix it. I told him I’d come back before closing, since I didn’t want him rushing. I came back the next day, and while the back glass is now flush, the edges of my phone has multiple chips and scratches. It is the worst $150 I’ve ever spent in my life. My plan was to sell this phone but I’m sure THEY wouldn’t even buy back this phone in this condition. I do not recommend this place at all.

Horrible customer service came in to repair iphone 14pro max back glass and new battery the repair was done incorrect took it back to have the back glass set correctly again just to be given a half done job in back glass and a used battery when I paid for a new battery Waste of money and time I would highly advise nobody to go to this business!!!

My 6 year old son’s 9th Generation IPAD screen was shattered last night … I called around this morning and received ridiculous pricing and stores that had odd hours. I called this store - I was there in 8 minutes - received awesome customer service - I was able to leave the device there and pick it up after work. I was also advised on how long we should wait before using the device as it’s an older model and the button on the touchscreen does take time to set appropriately with a new screen attached. While I appreciate the minimum of 2 hours needed to repair the device - I let the Tech know I would not be returning for several hours - they close at 8 PM - they have fantastic hours and why not give them the time that it really takes to repair these devices. They have a wide variety of screen protectors and cases that are 1/2 the cost of the typical name brand industry giants. I could not have had a better experience - and they provide a 90 day warranty for all repairs. Thank you IFIX (Moe the Plug) - Located on Village BLVD in West Palm!!

William had excellent service! My iPhone 16 Pro screen was fixed quickly and looks brand new. Friendly staff, fair pricing, and great communication. Highly recommend.
