James was very professional. He showed up at the time stated, saw the work that needed to be done, and explained what didn’t need to be done. He also took the time to explain a more accurate repair, which was easy for me to complete myself. James was not trying to take advantage of his customer, but do what was the right thing to do. I will definitely call upon his services again.
Those guys were excellent They drove one hour and 20 minutes just to come to my house they don’t even charge me extra. And they do a walk through from roofing to flooring Inside and out for free now. I will hired them again with a heart beat Thank you James for this great team you put together.
Great service! James responded to the house in a timely manner and fixed my problem. I was worried about having a leak and he gave me a peace of mind. Very nice guy. Im definitely calling James for future repairs.
Had a bathroom painted and it seems the owner put someone who was new to painting. The electrical covers or switches were not removed. The painter had no tape to tape off before painting. Supplied him with tape that HE asked for only to not use it. Did a sloppy job. We also provided covers so no paint goes on the bathroom equipment that he did not use hence some paint is now on bathroom equipment. We were charged too much for the type of job that was done. We have other painting jobs to be performed in our home and will not use this company. We are currently fixing the work they did not do well, ourselves. It stinks that we had to pay over $600 to get this done only to have to go back and fix mistakes. Not worth it. Handymen nowadays don’t treat your home as if it was like their own.
