My phone's screen completely failed, and after calling around to a few repair shops, I decided to go with Moe's. I'm so glad I did Kevin and Justin were amazing—friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. They repaired my phone the same day, and it's working perfectly again. Excellent customer service and quality work. I definitely recommend them if you need your phone fixed.
UPDATE: Excellent customer service and Mo himself is such a nice guy. He was willing to do whatever it took to make the situation right. He ended up replacing the iPad completely with a similar model. Lots of people seem to have perfectly good experiences here and Mo really stands behind his service and values his customers. Original Review: I am so disappointed because of how many positive reviews this place has. I took my iPad in to have the screen repaired. When I got it home I realized the side was lifting. I took it back, they repaired it or so I thought, but it lifted again.

Yo, this place is legit. Came in thinking I was gonna be there all day, but Starlhyn got my phone activated fast and had me leaving with everything working perfectly. He was real, answered all my questions, and didn't try to hit me with any weird charges. If you need a phone, come here.
He was very honest about my son's tablet....it would be feasible and cost effective to purchase a new tablet instead of trying to repair one that's at least 6years old...which I knew that already...he was honest and very attentive to my questions. I would recommend giving him a try.
