I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I was abruptly canceled on, with the explanation that the owner had “other jobs to do.” This shows a clear lack of professionalism and regard for clients’ time and planning. There was no attempt to reschedule, simply a dismissive attitude. If this is how he manages his commitments, I would not trust him with any future work.

Extremely unprofessional. Alfredo is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. I hired him for a job, and less than 24 hours before the agreed-upon date, he informed me that he wouldn't be able to come because he had other (bigger) projects. This demonstrates a complete lack of commitment and seriousness. When you offer a service, you must deliver on your promises—your word and responsibility are fundamental in any business.
