I called for my hvac drain line to be cleared. 2 techs arrived 1 stayed outside 1 came in to upsell me for a $784 option to replace 5 inches of pvc, then a $375 i dont know what for option. I paid the $49 diagnostic fee, then put my filter back in, this time when I put it in it went further back. it leaked for a bit after they left then it just stopped. My filter had not been in properly. Tony was outside from just after arrival until they left just after Michael Acosta got pissed at me for not choosing an option and me saying I wanted to shop around a bit. Mike told me they drove an hour to my home as if it warranted even more funds than the $49, he was so angry i went to get my card. Who wants to get beat up in their own home? When i opened the back door i didnt see them, went to the front door and they were gone. Paid online. Called to see if they had cleaned it, because they did not say that they did. Management called to say I needed $457.91 switch and $300+ pipe replacement, but could not verify if my drain had been cleared, which is what i said i needed at initial call, he did tell me to get my shop vac put onto outdoor pvc and drain it myself. But that was why i called them to my house! Literally! To do just that! After seeing a woman with a 2012 unit the price skyrocketed. Turns out listening to mike and management i would have paid a boatload for a misplaced filter. You just can't make this up! I vetted this company and used them before, had a splendid tech, very knowledgeable and he told me to call for the line to be cleared if it leaked again, to change filters every 3 months, and that's why I asked for the line to be cleared only. Tony was a gentleman, Mike needs to be better versed on what he is upselling but end of the day it was a misplaced filter, it wasn't in all the way, now that it is there is no leak! Not a drop! I won't be calling them again, but if you get Tony you are blessed, he doesn't say much but sometimes that's all you need. Wish I knew where the first tech is today, I would buy him something i could afford! Tony reminds me of him but he didnt say he was him, its been years so i just spoke well of the first tech in case he was him, he stayed quiet, anywho, good salt of the earth folks though. Ask for Tony by name Tony Pappalardo.

I had gotten a Panel upgrade today from swift services by Hunter Harkey and Bryant Canning, they are very patience and explain the process to me very clearly and the work was done in an efficient timely manner. Yes I would definitely call Swift services back for an HVAC installation once, I get my finances together. Even I waited over a month through the permit process but Swift services explained to me they had an software issue, so a lot of projects were backed up so i appreciate the honesty. They have a great payment plan and they were able to work with my father(who is paying for the panel)despite him having low credit and my older brothers was able to add their credit so that my father would be approved for the panel, MOST places would not let you do that, thanks Swift.

What a great company!! It’s amazing that they offer HVAC, electrical and plumbing services. They promptly answer the phone and schedule appointments. Thomas Young came to explain their air purifiers and maintenance programs. He was respectful and knowledgeable. The next day Brian O’Conner came to install the air purifiers for my HVAC systems. He did a great job! He was respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Swift Services.

We had an issue with our upstairs HVAC unit, and technician Shadoe Collins came out to help. Not only did he find the issue and fix the issue, but he also signed us up for a deal that is not only smart but also affordable. Shadoe was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. It felt like it took no time before cool air was flowing through the hall. Shadoe deserves far more than 5 stars. If someone from the company sees this, he deserves a pay raise. He was awesome. Thank you again Shadoe for your assistance. We look forward to continuing our business with Swift Services!!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and everyone else wanted to charge a ridiculous fee just to come out. It is so nice that Swift doesn't do that. Our technician was Daniel I. and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Their pricing is phenomenal, too. We'll definitely seek them out again!
