I met with Mike Dion himself at my home. I prepaid the invoice and an appointment was made for 12/31. I called 12/30 to confirm and was told the schedule hadn’t been created yet and I would get a call back. No call back. 12/31 @ 8:30 AM I call back to be told Mike gave the guys the day off. Nice for his guys and I do understand but I took the day off to be home. He’s the owner and I’m sure these are not spur of the moment management decisions. Now I’m waiting for a refund while I Google another company.
Alice has excellent communication skills and always keeps everything running smoothly in the office. She consistently provides up-to-date status updates, making the entire process easy and stress-free.

Dion generators really excelled at communication! Their service was excellent, their quality of work was great, and their trucks are clean and professional. But my favorite thing was how effectively they communicated throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Dion is consistently professional, prompt and highly competent at what they do. In this part of the country, our power goes out frequently and therefore we cannot rely on FPL and must have a backup. I had a Kohler full house system along with a 1000 gallon propane tank installed. When FPL goes out, it just takes a couple of seconds for the generator to kick in and the whole house (7.5k sf and 6 AC units) are up and running again. I believe it's well worth the investment and also get the maintenance plan...it will provide plenty of peace of mind. Mike Dion the owner is ready to back up his team on weekends and holidays and recently during an outage, he came to my house in the evening on a weekend to get my started on short order. I don't write many reviews, but his firm deserves their five stars and more...
