Extremely impressed by Iceberg!! The entire experience from scheduling an appointment to the service itself, was absolutely 5 Star! Bert, our technician, was on time and kept persistent communication the day of our appointment. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also love that they send you a picture of your technician as well as your technicians background before they arrive, this really makes iceberg stand out! We were not pressured to purchase anything extra and Bert did a phenomenal job at maintenance in our system. We will most definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend for you to give them a try!
I had an excellent experience with Christofer during the replacement of my kitchen sink faucet. He truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and working flawlessly before leaving. Christofer was punctual, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Bailey came out and did a great job setting up our water heater. Great job on the piping and taking the time to explain to my dad everything about the water heater and the valves to shut off the water heater. Very happy with the service
