Fantastic company! They’ve been taking care of us for years! Started with some plumbing work but thankfully they offer AC too and were able to help us get our unit replaced when it went down last summer. We recently moved and they were our first call to make sure everything looked great in our new home. Shout out to Steven and JP for their professional and quick work and for helping to educate us on how to help our unit last longer. Thank you Iceberg!!
Our family consists of a my disabled Veteran husband, elderly Mom, grandkids, fur babies and the rest of us. We were without AC for five long days and nights. I wish we had come across your company a lot sooner. Thank you for such prompt service just in time on my husband's 61 st birthday. My husband said, "now this is a birthday, cake and a new AC."
Christopher, our technician, was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. He thoroughly checked our A/C unit, explained everything clearly, and provided valuable feedback regarding its condition. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the entire experience a pleasure. We truly appreciate his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to answer our questions. Christopher was amazing, and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing A/C service!
Very reliable and great service. They were able to diagnose my tankless water heater and told me the initial price to repair it verses the cost of getting a new water heater installed which I was eventually going do anyway but at a later time. But after much consideration and shopping around for the best quote they were able to price match for a lil under another quote that I was offered so I decided to go ahead and replace it all together. So the next day they came out and within a few hours everything was running great. I am very pleased with the top notch service that they provided.
Gabriel came out and had our AC running again in less than three minutes. After being without AC for a couple of days due to an issue by the previous technician, Gabriel immediately found and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. We really appreciated his level of service and would absolutely recommend Gabriel!
