I did not have a great experience with AAA and Manny. I went to pick up my vehicle when I noticed the way it was parked in the parking lot. After further investigation, I noticed there were a couple white scratches on my blue vehicle. When I notified them of this, they initially blamed me & asked me for my keys when they already had my keys as my vehicle was already in their care. The manager who I’m assuming (short guy black shirt & cap) came out to look and saw the way the car was parked & was taken aback himself. He asked the other workers who parked my car & manny came out. Manny was extremely dismissive and refused to take accountability. “That’s nothing, I didn’t scratch the car”. He didn’t have any justification as to why the car was parked that way. Not only were manny and the short man dismissive, they also did not apologize. I will not be coming back to this place. Both “men” are walked off NUMEROUS times and calling the scratches “nothing”, my car was in your care and you parked it like an idiot. The moment both of you became dismissive, there was no room for a positive outcome to this situation. Rude and dismissive, but want me to pay my money? That’s not how you do business or treat customers. You were wrong in the situation and didn’t apologize for your mistake & it could’ve been avoided. Next time, be more cautious with how you park someone else’s vehicle. I pay my hard earned money for my vehicle & I left it in your care. Anyone who sees their car parked that way, would have an issue as well. Y’all didn’t want to take accountability and that’s where y’all went wrong. How can I park my car like that if you have the keys?????? Make that make sense. Do better in the future. Will NOT be back 0/10 do not recommend.

Best auto a.c. repair in Miami. Over the years between myself and family members they have successfully fixed 7 different cars and we never had to bring them back in. Today i arrived at 11:30 am and my car was ready at 1:30 pm for a quarter of the price of jiffy lube. They replaced my compressor.

They charged me for the compressor + labor + freon, and did labor all three PLUS a brand new dryer and expansion valve. To start off with, the price for the overall job was way less than any other mechanic or dealership, and the warranty here is prestige. I recommend Mark, he worked on my car to the best professional extent. Most definitely deserves lunch or some type of appreciation 👍

Got a transmission from them with a 6th month warranty and on the 7th month it went out . Spent too much to be stranded again. Would not recomend then when I called them about it they said they couldn't do anything. I went to the dealer they stated the original transmission should not have been take out in the first place due to the mileage. These are con artist do not waste your money with them fir anything but an oil change or coolant refill

Very dishonest. Went there to get my AC issue diagnosed… paid 50.00 .. since what they said was a part that I had replaced recently and job was still under warranty that I should go back to let the repair guy fix it… the original company replaced the part… and my issue was unchanged… so I returned to AAA and they refused to look at my car…. Even though I did exactly what they said to do…. So they just kept my money…. Will not recommend
