**To Whom It May Concern:** **AAA Radiator** I am taking this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the amazing service I received at AAA Radiator on 411 in Miami Gardens, FL. A little over a month ago, I began experiencing problems with the air conditioning in my car. I took my vehicle to several different places and felt like I was getting the runaround. Thankfully, my neighbor recommended AAA Radiator, a business I was not previously familiar with. The first time I visited, I had the pleasure of meeting Maurice and Clive. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence to trust AAA Radiator with my vehicle. About two weeks ago, I dropped my car off to have the air conditioning repaired. This week, I noticed that there was another issue with the AC, so I brought my car back to AAA Radiator. They took the time to check the vehicle, explain and show me what the issue was, and fix the problem without any hesitation. I truly appreciated their willingness to help and make sure the issue was properly resolved. I especially appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of Manny, the manager, whom I had the opportunity to speak with, as well as Clive, Maurice, and the other mechanic who worked on my vehicle. Everyone was gracious, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping me. It is not often that you encounter a business where the staff takes the time to make you feel valued and cared for. I am truly grateful for the excellent service I received and for the way everyone at AAA Radiator treated me. Thank you, AAA Radiator, for your professionalism, honesty, kindness, and outstanding customer service. I will certainly recommend your establishment to others. **With sincere appreciation,**
They charged me for the compressor + labor + freon, and did labor all three PLUS a brand new dryer and expansion valve. To start off with, the price for the overall job was way less than any other mechanic or dealership, and the warranty here is prestige. I recommend Mark, he worked on my car to the best professional extent. Most definitely deserves lunch or some type of appreciation 👍
They did a great job, and it came with a one-year warranty. Manny, although he has a strong personality, was understanding, and so far, he's done a good job. I told Manny there were a few negative reviews about the radiators, and he said there were only a few. I trusted him, and so far, so good. I told him I was going to write a good review; I don't know if he believed me or not, but here it is. I repeat, excellent work so far. As I was leaving, since I told him about my sick wife, he wished her well. THAT means a lot!
Best auto a.c. repair in Miami. Over the years between myself and family members they have successfully fixed 7 different cars and we never had to bring them back in. Today i arrived at 11:30 am and my car was ready at 1:30 pm for a quarter of the price of jiffy lube. They replaced my compressor.
Very dishonest. Went there to get my AC issue diagnosed… paid 50.00 .. since what they said was a part that I had replaced recently and job was still under warranty that I should go back to let the repair guy fix it… the original company replaced the part… and my issue was unchanged… so I returned to AAA and they refused to look at my car…. Even though I did exactly what they said to do…. So they just kept my money…. Will not recommend
