Excellent service from start to finish. Our 25 year old AC could have been fixed but we choose to replace it. We thought we were going to rent a room but RCI was able to do the whole thing that same day. Mario arrived on time and 6 hours later we has a new complete system. He didn't leave until all our questions were answered. Plus he cleaned up better than he found it. Oh yes the AC is nice and quiet . 5 stars

Rodrigo from RCI was Phenomenal! He was quick to diagnose and remedy all problem areas! He is super professional, knowledgeable, kind, and clean. He is the perfect trainer for his assistant Nathan who also did a nice job!!! Kudos for RCI!!!

Very disappointing experience. The service I received did not match what was documented on the invoice, and when I raised my concerns, the company refused to take accountability or correct the discrepancy. I expect honesty, transparency, and accurate documentation from a service company, and unfortunately this experience fell well short of those expectations. I would not recommend this company.

These folks are great to work with. I called for an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and professional. She was able to get someone scheduled to come out the same day between 2-4 pm. I received a text about an hour later letting me know they had availability between 11am and 1pm. At 11:15 am a tech named Rodrigo arrived at my house. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to service the system and get the AC working smoothly in a short period of time. I highly recommend using RCI Air Conditioning for all of your AC service needs.
