We are very pleased with RCI so far. They are very professional, they made commitments and did what they said they would do. They were helpful to me in exploring various options with costing out multiple options and good advise before making a final decision. Mike, the owner, will get involved if needed and I find him to be hands on and straight forward and easy to work with. They did a pretty good size install for us in a difficult place to install. All went well, there were no hidden fees or surprises from what was quoted. We are in the process of setting up an ongoing maintenance program with RCI now. Based on our experience so far, I would recommend RCI.
Excellent service from start to finish. Our 25 year old AC could have been fixed but we choose to replace it. We thought we were going to rent a room but RCI was able to do the whole thing that same day. Mario arrived on time and 6 hours later we has a new complete system. He didn't leave until all our questions were answered. Plus he cleaned up better than he found it. Oh yes the AC is nice and quiet . 5 stars
Rodrigo from RCI was Phenomenal! He was quick to diagnose and remedy all problem areas! He is super professional, knowledgeable, kind, and clean. He is the perfect trainer for his assistant Nathan who also did a nice job!!! Kudos for RCI!!!
I had an excellent experience with RCI Air Conditioning Company. Lazaro and the crew was incredibly professional, honest, and truly took care of me from start to finish. He provided outstanding service at a very fair price and made sure the job was done exactly right. It is hard to find dependable and trustworthy contractors, but Lazaro absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
