We initially hired another company, Ergeon, to manufacture and install a 12-foot gate. After more than nine months of delays, they ultimately installed a flimsy gate that they purchased from Home Depot, rather than a custom-built product. The quality was extremely disappointing. This is not just a suspicion or exaggeration on our part—our project manager mistakenly confirmed the gate was being delivered to them from Home Depot over a text conversation. Fortunately, we then discovered Griffiths Metal Products, Inc. From the very first conversation, the owner, Ozzie, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us resolve the situation. After explaining what happened, he quickly assessed our needs and offered a clear, realistic plan. Within three weeks, Ozzie and his team designed, manufactured, painted, and powder-coated a heavy-duty, well-constructed custom gate that exceeded our expectations in strength and workmanship. Throughout the process, Ozzie kept us updated with photos and regular communication, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. What began as a frustrating and stressful experience with the previous company was completely turned around thanks to Griffiths Metal Products, Inc. Their craftsmanship, reliability, and customer service were outstanding. I am deeply grateful to Ozzie and his team for their exceptional work. Impressive!!! Impressive skill. Impressive work ethic. Impressive value. My home’s value and curb appeal have greatly increased after Griffiths Metal Products replaced my rotting wood fence with a pristine all-aluminum fence and gates. The team removed my old wood fence without any issues. During the fence removal, they could have easily cut my cable line, water line, and irrigation lines, but none were affected. The new fence was perfectly aligned vertically and horizontally. The new gates were nicely leveled and balanced. Once the team started the fence installation they worked until completion. They worked three days consecutively vice worked once or twice a week until the job was done. The two front gates were installed shortly thereafter. I did not have to call for updates or push to get the job done. Ozzie Fundora (the owner) manages his projects and employees very well. As for the value, I was very happy with the price. They quoted me a price to remove the old fence and install the new fence and gates within my budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Griffiths Metal Products to improve the styling of your house inside or outside!!!

Wow! This company provided a competitive estimate, a fair timeframe to complete the fabrication and installation of our new Aluminum gates and automation system, and delivered a quality job. Ownership & staff alike were professional, on time for every estimate & appointment, and did exactly what they said they would - a pleasant surprise that you don't always get from contractors who work in the Keys especially after Irma. I would highly recommend Ozzy and his organization - Thanks again for a job well done!
