I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is absolutely worth it. I submitted a request in the evening and within about 30 minutes Sam called me. The company was already closed for the day, but after I explained the situation and mentioned that my wife is pregnant, Sam, who is the owner himself, dropped what he was doing and came out personally. He thoroughly inspected everything, quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and came back the very next day to complete the repair. What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of work, it was the level of care, urgency, and professionalism. These days it’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts customers first, but Sam absolutely went above and beyond. The entire process was smooth, fast, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Sam was our technician and was such a great help! He immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company again if I ever have a/c issues in the future.

Top notch service. Sam will always take your call no matter the service size. My AC was dead, 100 degrees out, they fixed it, fast and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. What started as a bad day, ended with a smile.

Sam and his team did a great job with the installation of our new unit which was high end and complicated, and the disposal of our old AC. Highly professional and honest. Awesome to work with.

I had an aged AC system from 2005 that needed replacement. AC Cool air was fantastic! They were the only ones to provide us with a paper estimate, reasonable pricing, and excellent service. My husband was impressed with the quality of the work and had no complaints which is rare. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I found them through a referral as well and I’m extremely happy.
