We had an issue with our upstairs HVAC unit, and technician Shadoe Collins came out to help. Not only did he find the issue and fix the issue, but he also signed us up for a deal that is not only smart but also affordable. Shadoe was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. It felt like it took no time before cool air was flowing through the hall. Shadoe deserves far more than 5 stars. If someone from the company sees this, he deserves a pay raise. He was awesome. Thank you again Shadoe for your assistance. We look forward to continuing our business with Swift Services!!
We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and everyone else wanted to charge a ridiculous fee just to come out. It is so nice that Swift doesn't do that. Our technician was Daniel I. and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Their pricing is phenomenal, too. We'll definitely seek them out again!
Antonio (Tony) provided exceptional service with my hot water heater installation and additional plumbing repairs. He worked diligently throughout the entire day to ensure the job was completed thoroughly and to a very high standard. It was evident that he takes great pride in the quality of his work. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain each aspect of the process clearly. If I were to rate his service on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 100. I highly recommend Tony and Swift Services for any plumbing needs.
I had a leak in my shower so bad that I had to turn the main water off therefore, I had no water. After I called Swift plumbing, the technician was there in less than an hour. He fixed the problem in about thirty minutes. Very nice and informative. I also signed up for their annual program which is a very good deal for all of the services it includes. Mind you, this issue happened on a Saturday. Thanks again James!
