I’ve had enough of this bike store. There’s always that one mechanic who makes customers feel like absolute garbage. Instead of doing his job and properly explaining what’s wrong with your bike, he chooses to mock you—and acting like you’re clueless. It’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. We were also made to wait for almost three hours, only to watch him prioritize customers who arrived after us. That alone shows how little they value people’s time. That kind of attitude is just embarrassing. To be fair, the cashier and the younger mechanic were decent and professional. Unfortunately, one toxic staff member is enough to ruin the entire experience—and in this case, he does exactly that. If you’re looking for a shop that treats customers with respect, this is definitely not it. I won’t be coming back.

Good service nman It was installed properly I bought a shimano rd and included a shifter and a mechanic suggested what parts could be put in the bike set up They are very friendly and approachable. I will talk to them soon..Thank you ☺️ legit Shimano parts They have them

one of the best bicycle shop for mre. the work is good so far and they are right to price labor/repair as well as the parts and units.... in many reviews. first you are the one who is the first to approach the shop and they will pick you up. if you have a connection with them, ask the salesperson. the lady at the front desk is just being polite and accommodating and lastly before you leave, tell her to test your bike first if you have any questions or need some adjustments so that it's less of a hassle to come back. over all I'm satisfied with their service
