I joined Dr. Caride's concierge practice at UM, but left after several disappointing experiences. He has a warm, friendly manner but, at least in my experience, really didn't follow-through. When you pay the 4k annual fee to join, they promise 24/7 access to the Drs. I didn't expect immediate replies but had to wait 4 days for basic medication refill requests and needed to send several follow-up reminders. Basic equipment for the annual physical (like the EEG machine) was also missing and, to be blunt, the "premier annual physical" which is part of the 4k annual fee, seemed identical to every normal physical I've ever had. So I really struggled to see how it was a concierge practice.
I saw him in 2020 and he was very professional. I chose to keep him as my primary.
