If 0 stars were an option, I would select. I hired Ariel from AA Concrete Solutions in 2020 for approximately $4,900 of permitted concrete work at my home in Hollywood. I regret not writing this review sooner, but while recently organizing my home improvement records, I came across my contract, City of Hollywood permit and inspection paperwork, receipts, and dated photographs from this project and decided to share. Unfortunately, the project resulted in significant property damage, additional expense, and workmanship that I was extremely unhappy with. During the work, my mature foxtail palm was struck with a backhoe and severely damaged. I was never told they had hit the tree, and when I discovered the damage, the injured portion of the trunk had been wrapped with yellow tape with no mention of it! I scheduled an arborist to come and see it and he said the damage would ultimately kill the tree. Sadly, it did. My sprinkler system was also broken, a significant amount of sod was destroyed, and I had concerns with the finished concrete, including areas that were noticeably sloped. I have dated photographs documenting the palm, sprinkler and sod damage, as well as a bubble level showing the slope of the concrete. During the City of Hollywood inspection process, an inspector came to my property, looked at the work, and told me, “This is the worst job I've ever seen in my life.” This was a verbal statement made directly to me, not language from the City's written inspection report. For perspective, this approximately $4,900 concrete project resulted in $3,159 in additional costs and property loss. That includes damaged sod, sprinkler repair, removal and loss of my mature foxtail palm, and additional material charges. Aeriels response to these concerns was that the person who did this no longer works for the company vs taking ownership of the damages. Accidents can happen during construction. What I found unacceptable was the extent of the damage, the quality issues, the additional expense, and especially that I was never informed that my palm had been struck and badly damaged. I'm posting this now because if my experience prevents even one other homeowner from going through the property damage, expense, and aggravation I experienced, it's worth sharing. Based on my experience, I would never hire AA Concrete Solutions again. Run, don't walk away from this company and use anyone else!!

We recently hired AA Concrete Solutions to put in a new driveway for our home, and we could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. They kept us informed through every single step of the process, so we always knew exactly what to expect. The final project turned out exactly as we had agreed upon and looks fantastic. We did experience a few delays due to the rainy Florida weather, but the team handled it perfectly. It wasn't their fault at all, and they made sure to prioritize quality rather than rushing the job in bad conditions.

I recently had a new concrete job completed on my front lawn, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless and professional. The team did an exceptional job leveling and pouring the concrete, and the final product looks clean, durable, and polished. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ariel. He was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout the entire project. Ariel made sure every detail was perfect, answered all my questions with patience, and even provided helpful suggestions to enhance the overall design. His dedication and craftsmanship truly stood out. If you’re considering a concrete project, I highly recommend this team. They exceeded my expectations, and my lawn now looks amazing!
