Terrible technical service. They charge you an arm and a leg for the glass, it fails before the 3-year mark, they go over 9 months without coming to look at it, and then they don't take responsibility because they say the warranty has expired, and they see moisture even though the glass is properly installed. I don't know what they expect from a window that faces the street, for it to be dry? They blame the street sweeper, it's unbelievable. Of course, according to them, this never happens, only to me, since now I have to pay for another glass, and they don't take responsibility for anything.
Very good materials and incredible technology. I was pleasantly surprised.
